The DC8020 to USB-C adapter included with this product is only for Jackery devices (100Plus/300Plus) with a DC input port. It cannot charge any other device with a USB-C input port.

This product has an IP68 waterproof rating, protecting against daily water splashes. To extend its service life, keep it dry and avoid submerging it in water or other liquids.
Dust and dirt on the surface should first be removed using a soft brush. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Remove guano or adhesive from the solar surface promptly to prevent reduced performance.
The SolarSaga 40 Mini uses PERC cells, which have an extra layer on the back compared to conventional solar cells. This layer captures more sunlight and converts it into electricity, making PERC cells more efficient.
Jackery offers a 5-year warranty (3 years + 2-year extension) for SolarSaga 40 Mini orders on their website. The extended warranty would be applied automatically if purchased from the official website.
